MEETINGS · EVENTS · SOUTHWEST NORWAY

Put the meeting somewhere
worth travelling for.

A leadership meeting by the North Sea. A conference in Stavanger with a fjord evening. An island dinner for 100 guests. A reward trip your top performers will actually talk about. A small strategy session followed by Preikestolen.

NORDIQ brings the venue, transport, food, team building and incentive experience together — starting in Stavanger, Jæren and Ryfylke.

STAVANGER · JÆREN · RYFYLKE

VENUE + EXPERIENCE
YEAR-ROUND OPTIONS
MEET WELL · THEN GO OUTSIDE

The venue is only half the event.

Stavanger gives us professional conference infrastructure within minutes of the airport, while Jæren and Ryfylke add beaches, islands, fjords and mountain settings close enough to become part of the programme — whether the goal is a working meeting, a reward trip for top performers, or both in the same week.

We build one coherent event instead of leaving you to coordinate five different suppliers.

A FEW WAYS THE DAY COULD GO

One Region. Many Ways to Gather.

These are real local starting points, not fixed packages. We select the venue and programme around group size, purpose, season and how much time you actually have.

Business team meeting around a table

Beach meeting · Sola

Meeting room, hotel and North Sea in one place.
Sola Strand Hotel has 20 meeting rooms and plenary capacity for 300 guests, with one combined hall setup accommodating up to 350. It is 2 minutes from Stavanger Airport.

Guests at a corporate event

City meeting · Stavanger waterfront

Keep the business in the city, then change the setting.
The Norwegian Petroleum Museum has meeting facilities including Yggdrasil, accommodating up to 100 theatre-style, with guided museum programmes and catering options that can be combined with the meeting.

Team in a working meeting

Large event · Byrkjedal

Take the event into the mountain.
Gloppehallen at Byrkjedalstunet is a 950 m² mountain venue with capacity up to around 550 — useful when a conventional hotel ballroom is not the point.

Stavanger harbour at night in Norway

Private dinner & closing event

End it properly.
A private dining room in Stavanger, a beach or island setting, or a distinctive venue in Ryfylke — coordinated as part of the programme, not an afterthought.

Corporate team hiking to Preikestolen above Lysefjord, Norway

Team building, built in

A shared challenge, not a trust fall.
A guided hike, a RIB journey or another activity matched to the group’s fitness level — built around the working sessions, not bolted on afterwards.

OR DON'T CHOOSE

Tell us what the meeting needs to achieve.

Give us the group size, dates, purpose — meeting, incentive, team day or a mix — and travel window. We will match the venue, programme and logistics, and keep the geography as tight as possible.

HOW MANY ARE COMING?

The format changes with the group.

A ten-person management team can disappear into Ryfylke. A 250-person conference needs capacity, transport and weather alternatives. A top-performer reward trip needs a different level of polish again. We design differently for each.

Small team

Up to around 20 guests · leadership meetings · private dining · flexible experiences.

Mid-size group

20–80 guests · dedicated venue · coordinated transfers · parallel activities when useful.

Full conference

80–300+ delegates · venue capacity · coaches or boats · multiple hosts · detailed timing.

Not sure? Perfect. Tell us about your group and we will help you choose.

A meeting can still feel like Norway.

You do not have to choose between a professional programme and a strong sense of place. Stavanger can handle the conference. The coast, islands and fjords can change what happens before dinner.

Our job is to make the transitions feel simple.

WE HANDLE THE DETAILS

One programme. Fewer moving parts.

We can coordinate venue options, accommodation, transfers, boats, guides, activities, meals and weather alternatives around the working programme. Where specialist event production is required, we build it with the right local partner.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few things people usually ask.

Yes. We can build the programme around venue, accommodation, transport, meals and experiences, using specialist local partners where required.
Sola Strand Hotel is only a few minutes from the airport. Stavanger city is also close, while Ryfylke and island venues add transfer time by road or boat. We plan around the group’s actual arrival and departure times.
Yes. The region has venues from small boardrooms to conference and event spaces for several hundred guests. Larger programmes require earlier planning, transport capacity and weather alternatives.
Yes. For the right group and schedule, a guided Preikestolen hike, private fjord experience or shorter outdoor programme can be built around the working sessions.
Yes. A generic city tour does not feel like a reward — a private RIB ride on Lysefjord, a guided hike to somewhere genuinely dramatic, or an exclusive evening does. Tell us the group size and reward level, from a team day to a flagship multi-day programme, and we will build toward that.
Yes. Depending on group size and style, that can mean a private dining room in Stavanger, a beach or island setting, or a distinctive venue in Ryfylke or inland Rogaland.
We plan alternatives before the event. Southwest Norway rewards flexibility, so outdoor elements should always have realistic timing and a backup rather than being forced into the programme.
Yes. Airport pickups, hotel transfers, private coaches or smaller vehicles and activity logistics are coordinated so nothing depends on the organiser chasing suppliers.
