A team day on Pulpit Rock, with the logistics handled

A corporate day in the mountains has a different purpose from a standard sightseeing tour. The route still matters, but so does timing, group dynamics and making the day easy for everyone to join.

For this group, we handled the local planning and guiding so the team could move together from Stavanger to the trail and back, without anyone having to manage logistics on the day.

On the mountain, the pace was set around the group rather than individual performance. That gives people time to talk, move together and reach the plateau without turning the day into a race.

To Our Corporate Guests

Norway, stays with you.

Thank you for bringing the team to Pulpit Rock. We hope the plateau, the view over Lysefjord and a day away from the office stayed with the group the way it usually does.

It was a pleasure guiding you — and we would love to help plan the next company trip to Norway.

Best regards, Gert & John and the NORDIQ Team

A Taste of Norway for the Team

Near the top of Pulpit Rock, the guides handed round Kvikk Lunsj — the chocolate bar that goes into every Norwegian backpack before a hike. A short stop with the fjord below, a bar for everyone, then the last stretch to the plateau together.

Greetings from Norway to the whole team. 🇳🇴

What is Kvikk Lunsj?Kvikk Lunsj is a chocolate-covered wafer bar Freia has made since 1937 — the closest thing Norway has to a national hiking snack, and standard issue in backpacks from Flørli to the high mountains.
